Its hard to know if Connecticut is on pace to solve its environmental problemseven though the future for natural resources here may be decided early in the 21st century. As 2010 nears, the question is how are we doing? Answers are in a web-based report by CT EarthNet. It turns hard data about the 2009 state legislative session into visuals of what advocates, lobbyists and lawmakers have to show for their efforts.
